Mariana is a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and participated in an international exchange program at University of Lisbon (ULISBOA), Portugal, during her undergraduate studies. Acts in the consultancy area, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate contracts, and general corporate routine.
